PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Black Sands Ventures, Inc. handles information when you use BRDCST, the BRDCST Event Network, hosted Event Pages, connected services, and related marketplace and fulfillment features.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use BRDCST, we may process account and workspace information; organization and team details; Events and Campaign data; creative and media assets; planning assumptions; budgets; Orders and commercial status; publisher and creator profiles; connected account identifiers; support communications; device, log, and security data; and settings or permissions you provide.
2. Audience, contact, consent, and suppression data
If you import or connect an Audience, BRDCST may process contact identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, segmentation attributes, prior attendance or engagement information, consent or eligibility status, opt-outs, suppression records, and delivery history. We use this information to provide the audience-management, pricing, messaging, attribution, and compliance-support functions you request. You are responsible for the lawful basis and permissions required to provide and use this information.
3. Messaging, social, media, and distribution data
When you request execution, we may process message content, selected recipients, send counts, SMS segment counts, schedules, delivery events, bounces, clicks, opt-outs, connected social or advertising account identifiers, permissions, creative, media budgets, destination submissions, publication URLs, and fulfillment proof.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure BRDCST; maintain authoritative Event and Campaign context; calculate marketplace eligibility, prices, forecasts, and final preflight totals; execute requested distribution or messaging; route marketplace and fulfillment work; process or reconcile transactions through authorized providers; provide analytics and attribution; prevent fraud or abuse; troubleshoot; support users; and improve product reliability and intelligence.
5. Service providers, publishers, creators, and destinations
We may share or transmit information to service providers and marketplace participants when necessary to perform an action you request. This can include payment processors, email/SMS providers, social or advertising platforms, analytics and infrastructure providers, publishers, creators, destinations, maps or location services, and other connected systems. We aim to limit information to what is reasonably necessary for the requested function.
Marketplace sellers do not receive your full first-party Audience merely because they offer inventory. Audience data is shared only where a fulfillment workflow requires it and the product is designed to permit that use.
6. BRDCST Event Pages and visitor information
Hosted Event Pages may collect standard web and analytics information such as IP-derived region, device/browser information, referring pages, page views, link clicks, conversion events, ticket or registration handoffs, and sponsor/ad interactions. If an Event Page supports optional advertising or sponsorship monetization, we may process placement, impression, click, and commercial reporting data needed to operate and measure that program.
7. Avery and AI processing
Avery can process workspace context needed to answer questions, build plans, create drafts, make recommendations, and orchestrate requested actions. Depending on the task, that context can include Event, Campaign, Audience summary, creative, Marketplace Plan, distribution, performance, and fulfillment data. We design Avery to operate within product permissions and governed actions rather than treating AI output as independent execution evidence.
8. Payments and transaction information
Payment and payout providers may process payment methods, authorization, capture, refund, settlement, tax, and payout information. BRDCST may store provider identifiers, amounts, statuses, receipts, and reconciliation evidence while avoiding storage of sensitive payment credentials when the payment provider is the appropriate authority.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and fulfillment evidence, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, protect security, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention can vary by data type, workspace settings, marketplace transaction, provider obligation, and applicable law.
10. Your choices and controls
BRDCST provides controls for account information, workspace permissions, Audience selection, connected channels, communication preferences, and opt-outs where supported. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, or other privacy rights that apply to you. Certain records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
11. Advertising and data sales
We do not sell your private workspace conversations or first-party customer Audience to advertisers. If you voluntarily participate in an Event Page sponsorship or advertising program, information necessary to match, serve, measure, and settle that inventory may be processed for that program as described in the applicable controls and terms.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting credentials, using appropriate permissions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
13. International processing and children
BRDCST and its service providers may process information in jurisdictions where they operate. The service is intended for business and event operators and is not directed to children under 13.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy as BRDCST changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
